AUDIO VERSION: This 90-minute yoga practice is the 2nd of a 2-part, complementary series (May 5th & 12th) focusing on the spiraling of the upper thoracic, including an emphasis on the specific movements of the shoulders & how they influence the mobility of the head and neck. This class is an exploration of how to release some muscles and awaken others—opening the shoulder girdle, releasing the pronators & supinators in the forearms, supporting the frontal line through exploring the feet, and journeying through the sacrum, pelvis, & low back—for freedom of movement throughout the body. Ample space for pausing is provided throughout the practice to experience the changes in sensations. Great for freeing the rib cage!
