In the meantime, here’s what folks are saying about our 2025 retreat…
“The retreat was exceptionally rejuvenating for me. The mountain location was perfect - quiet, peaceful, beautiful trees and the lake, no TV or radio - a complete break from the distressing news cycle - and an exceptionally nice cabin with my own room and bathroom. Such luxury! The yoga was perfect for re-setting my body and my spirit. I felt so much better when I left. I will definitely be back for this retreat in 2027!” - Anne
“My central nervous system was due a reset and this retreat gave it that and more. It gave me tools I’ve integrated into daily life, as well as fond memories of new friends in a most serene locale. So grateful for Cara and Karen!” - Trish N.
“My heart knew that I needed to experience this yoga retreat with Cara and Karen. My heart did not lie. The yoga was just what my body, mind and spirit needed. And this restful and beautiful place enhanced the experience. As did this group of wonderful like-minded souls. I look forward to returning in 2027.” - Katherine W.
