This 90-minute, therapeutic yoga practice strengthens and balances the myofascial ‘slings’ of the front and back body with a focus on how this stabilizes the SI joints. Symmetrical movements bring a connection along these myofascial lines through sitting, prone, and standing poses. A continued emphasis on vagal tone is woven through out the practice.
