Join us for a weekend of embodied experience in skillful hip opening and of the unifying role of the psoas. Explore the ‘muscle of the soul’ and its environs, and learn techniques to release and strengthen this deep core muscle while stabilizing the SI joints and lumbar spine. Connecting with and learning to balance this core muscle can not only bring profound healing, but can also provide a powerful and grounding sense of embodiment at the deepest dimension of self. With this sense of embodiment as our guide, we will spend time in reflective discussion and experiential discovery of yoga history, philosophy, and meditation.
For both workshop days: $285
For one workshop day: $150
